Alexis Diner: A Classic Experience in Newburgh, NY

One of the best diners around; always a hot delicious meal! Service was good, they were packed and the waitress was hustling, at times it was hard to get their attention but nothing too bad. Not many diners can actually make a medium rare triple decker cooked to perfection with a side of onion rings ($). The cheese fries and gravy were not what we expected; but they were good, but we're used to the gravy bring on top of the fries. The desserts are phenomenal and we find are best to take home to enjoy after such a filling meal!

Very solid big menu decent pancakes nice Vibes However the standout was the kindness of the waiters and waitresses they are so kind they gave us 8 cookies for free I recommend the Choclate chip ones the rainbow sprinkles are solid but the choclate sprinkles cookie is concernly dry

This place was popping! Good food, good service! I got the eggs Benedict and it was so good but the HOME FRIES were the real star of the show

The service was great. The food was also good; I had pancakes and a margarita. The margarita was good and the pancakes were also good. My sister ordered French fries and her French fries were good. The other things which my family ordered were also good. My niece ordered lox and it was good; they gave her alot. The place reminds has a nostalgic feel to it. They were very friendly; it was my sister's birthday and they surprised us with a slice of cake. No one told them to do that; they did that on their; which was very thoughtful and kind. I would definitely come back.

The alexis diner always has room for us and a nice staff. They have some good food. My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap. They also have the best honey mustard around. I also enjoy their waffles. They're a little crunchy but always yummy!

We had a tasty lunch here while on a road trip. This is a classic roadside diner with huge portions, an assortment of Greek dishes and just generally a HUGE menu of just about anything you could imagine eating. Service was speedy. Food was tasty. It's right off of 84.

Came back for more and I will say their food was better this time. The chipotle shrimp wrap and berry salad was super tasty!

Another stop for lunch on our road trip. I have eaten here a few times before and it's our go to diner in the area. The menu is vast, the service is great and the desserts looking so spectacular from the glass cases. I ordered the cream of mushroom soup and the roast chicken dinner. My dining mate ordered the tuna melt and fries. The food is plentiful, plated nicely and came out hot. My soup was good but I had better mushroom soup elsewhere. I enjoyed my roast chicken it was flavorful and tender, veggies steamed nicely. The tuna melt was also very tasty. The atmosphere was comfortable and prices reasonable. Glad we stopped here
